Essential oils for Seasonal Affective DisorderThroughout the month of November, we will focus on the use of essential oils to ease the effects of Seasonal Affective
Disorder, also known as SAD. Millions of people are affected by this disorder which is particularly prevelent this time
of year. The days are getting shorter now and the shorter days can cause us to oversleep, crave carbohydrates, gain
weight and feel depressed amoung other symptoms. For some people, using specifically designed lights in there homes
or office can provide relief. For others, the symptoms become so severe, they must be prescribed anti-depressant medications. Today,
science is unravelling the mystery of how our bodies keep time with the seasons. Essential oils can help to alieviate
some of the symptoms of SAD: some oils have hormonal effects that can help us re-set our body's clock, others are

OmnEssence Aromatherapy Pricing Policies Dear Customers:
When we began OmnEssence Aromatherapy in 1999,
we had two objectives:
1. to provide the very best quality essential oils, and
2.
to provide them at the most reasonable price.
We believe that cost should not be an impediment to using
the highest quality essential oils. To maintain our pricing as low as possible, we keep our packaging to a minimum.
The reality is that the more packaging, the higher the price to the customer. We buy in large quantities to minimize
the impact of price and foreign exchange fluctuations.
We've worked hard to keep our
prices low. Our average price for a 5ml bottle of oil is just over $7! For the precious oils,
we offer them in 1ml sizes in the hopes that all who want these wonderful oils, can afford them.
We
price our oils based on the 5ml size. The 10ml size is usually priced at 10% less than two 5ml sizes. The best
buy is at a 30ml size, priced at 70% of six 5ml bottles of the same oil. For those of you who need larger sizes, please

Anti-Viral Essential OilsLast year at this time, we were being bombarded with concern over a viral pandemic. This fall, my local public
health department has run workshops on the risk of viral pandemics.
