Anti-Viral Essential Oil Blends and Information!

In June of 2005,we wrote a newsletter on Anti-Viral Essential Oils.  This newsletter outlined the science behind the use of essential oils to combat viruses, as well as identifying effective anti-viral essential oils.  The newsletter is posted on the home page of our website.

Early last year, we wrote another newsletter on holistic approaches to colds and flu with simple recipes for balms, nose-drops and more.  This also is posted on the Newsletters page (February's Newsletter).
